About Me

I’d like to consider myself a master of transformation, having had a career path filled with twists and turns, that have molded me into the well versed talent professional I am today.  I started my career as a consultant, within a boutique firm, called the Novo Group.  I thrived in a consulting role and enjoyed having the flexibility to shift my recruiting strategies on the fly, to support the ever-changing needs of my clients.  I found that I often gravitated to the ‘hard-to-fill’ roles.  Since day one, I have gotten a kick out of overcoming obstacles to find talent, especially when other recruitment firms had tried and failed.  I’m fueled by the thrill of the hunt and excel at digging deep on a search.

After those formative years at the Novo Group, I shifted into Corporate Recruiting at Johnson Controls to focus on recruiting HQ and Plant-level roles in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Transportation, Project Management and HR.  Within three years, I was hired into the Supply Chain by one of my hiring managers, who said I had a ‘twinkle in my eye’ for delivering results.  I spent eight years in Supply Chain and Sales roles within the high volume battery business (Johnson Controls, which was later spun off to become Clarios).  I also spent a year at Chobani, developing processes for reduction of waste in their Supply Chain.

During my time in Corporate Recruiting at Johnson Controls, I earned my Green Belt and delivered a gates-based hiring process that reduced time to fill by a full month for plant-based hiring.  I continued to utilize value stream mapping and root cause analytics in several recruiting projects, most notably in establishing the Talent Acquisition function from scratch at the PE funded Mood Media.

I’ve also been fortunate to have developed expertise in development and execution of Early Career hiring programs.  While at Johnson Controls, I earned a Merit Award for my contributions to our Manufacturing Operations Development Program (MODP), which focused on hiring Early Career talent in Finance and Manufacturing disciplines.  Most recently I supported Kerry in their Graduate Program here in the U.S., delivering critical hires within their Sales and Integrated Operations functions, as a Fractional Early Careers Coordinator.

Throughout my career, I have been successful aligning cross-functional teams to hire talent at all levels, achieve cost saving initiatives, forecast improvements, shipping output alignment and enhanced customer satisfaction.  I have established KPIs and created reporting tools for both recruitment and supply chain workstreams. I have built a reputation as someone who delivers her commitments while operating at the highest levels of integrity.  This unique mix of recruitment and business acumen provides me with a strong sense of what top talent looks like, from the ‘inside’ of the value stream.
